Join Villanova Basketball’s Two Greatest Shooters in School History for an All-Shooter’s Basketball Camp this Summer!
Adrianna Hahn and Kris Jenkins will be hosting a four-day basketball camp July 15-18 to teach all students the proper, fundamental techniques towards becoming an elite shooter. Such include:
Shooting Off the Palm- instead, use Fingertips & Wrist
Balance/ Stance/ No heels
Terminology: Arch, Follow-Through, Inside & Outside Footwork, Dribble Pick-Up Shots, Versatility, Change of Speed, etc.
Shooter’s Education: Consistency, Shooter’s FG/ 3FG Percentage, Range, Selection, etc.

WHY:
- To establish and demonstrate the process of becoming an elite shooter.
- It is important to remember that accurate, high-level shooting takes years! Half of the battle is making sure our players understand the correct way to shoot a basketball at the beginner's level. Majority of players suffer later because their form needs fixing, which takes time.
- Separation: Those players who shoot the basketball consistently and accurately often separate themselves at an early age amongst their peers. All elite players must be a threat from all shooting spots and areas. This is also important later down the road for recruiting and exposure.
- Accomplishing and Building both Shooter’s Brands at a high-level University, both Kris and Adrianna understand what it takes to get there, and most importantly, how to function under a Program. Villanova Basketball recruits those players who love to shoot the basketball. To be a great shooter is to be aggressive! Accuracy defines the education behind that shooter!
